What is a “Revival”?
What comes to our minds when we think about the word Revival? Is it a word that gives us hope? Or is it a broken promise?
Did God promise a world-wide revival?
Is there such a thing as a glorious end-times revival?

Well now … where to begin?
Good blog Bull!
I have noticed that you despair over the state of the church in England, Wales etc. As you may be aware, I’m a fan of Chris Rosebrough’s “fFghting For The Faith” programme and through listening regularly, have come to really appreciate the ministry of Ps Gervase Charmley from Bethel Free Evangelical Church, Hanley, Stoke on Trent. On first listen you may find his voice unusual, but the content of his sermons are truly a blessing. The Lord is raising up faithful men to preach the Truth.
I’m listening to one particular sermon “The Messiah and the Tyrant” and as I listen, the way he connects the text constantly back to Christ is amazing.
Perhaps this is a young man you could connect/dialogue with, but if not, listen to his sermons and be encouraged there is a “remnant” very near to you…..

Hey Teddy!
Welcome to the welsh offshoot!
Thanks for the link … I’ll check it out as soon as I can.
Shalom
@ Bull – good to make contact with my very strong Welsh heritage!
Ps Gervase Charmley spent time in Wales too – as “an itinerant preacher from 2006-2009, when he served six months as Assistant pastor at Tabor Baptist Church, Llantrisan, South Wales.”
Anywhere near you?
not really … I’d have to see how far away I am from Llantrisant.
About 35 miles as the crow flies. Definitely not nearby!
It’s Wales … we don’t speak to people in the next valley!
I guess that makes Hanley, Stoke on Trent, another planet!
Well … England. 😉
